The bounty has ended and I don't see the latest information about whether this project has reached hard cap? is this project still running?

I have visited the project's website but I don't see how many tokens have been sold at presale and on token sales, have they started the presale or are the sales tokens running? https://www.diro.io/

i haven't seen the information about this token's spesification, how much the total supply and how it will be distributed?? and how about the tokensale period?? when it will be started?
To find those information, you need to dig in diro site and his whitepaper. As I see there are 3 billion tokens that would be distributed with the division based as shown below. 
Also they have plan to launch token sale on Q2 2018 with $ 4M softcap but the exact date is still unclear.
Until today I want to know when this project ends? and for now how to sell diro Tokens? Is there an address for the smart contract?

This is past the 4th of july but i did not see on their website about presale being on the run and the amount that has been reached.
If they are not very active in this thread, what about their telegram group? whether they are also inactive to answer everyone's questions about this project.
