That will not be a problem.
Members are not forced to sell their tokens right away.
Our system will allow members to manually put their tokens for sale which will automatically add an entry in the order book on our internal exchange system.
We even encourage members to hold and wait for price increase before they sell their tokens.

This project is already a reality and the beta version of our job portal is expected to be launched by the end of June.

I understood. In principle, to convert tokens in fiat will not be a big deal and I can do it myself.

You will be able to put your tokens on sale and select the withdrawal method. Our exchange engine will sell your tokens and send the funds automatically to your wallet or fiat currency payment gateway such as paypal.
