The exchange engine will make sure that token holders who wish to sell their DCNX tokens can actually sell them.
Anytime a new user comes to our system and try to hire someone, the system will prompt this user to acquire tokens.
This means the new user will pay btc/eth and get DCNX tokens.
The exchange engine will automatically buy the DCNX tokens from the tokenholders and assign to new incoming users.

Also members can just buy from each other as they wish by paying btc/eth as in any other exchange system.

Hope this explains the essence of our exchanger.
