The issue was that he didn't know he had to choose a side, that it's not automatic like SatoshiDice/PrimeDice.

I'm trying to figure out why you didn't receive payment. The system did send payment which can be seen here:

Did you use a service like MtGox, which doesn't receive incoming transactions, to deposit coins? I'm trying to see what happened because otherwise anyone can copy info from the payout page and say they didn't get paid. Undecided
