Were you born into the crypto space yesterday? There is Nothing stopping coin teams from purchasing coins at whatever discount they want as "seed funds" during the initial raise. Outside of the the normal "team allocation." It's known teams will sell to themselves at pre pre seed prices for pennies on the dollar.

PR marketing is always a better choice before releasing any developments from the company and it will surely help the company to get more exposure for the project. Every time when they have any update they are updating in this thread, before speaking, we should carefully check their updates.

Convenient to who? Their tokens were not unlocked so i am not sure what they would get out of this tactic? It looks more like they are putting more pr interviews when ever there's major releases coming.

According to some admin at telegram, they made a mistake by giving deadlines about partners and giving deadlines overall, and they are avoiding to to do them anymore.

Agreed. I would like to know detailed roadmap and plans too: tokens swap, fully working mainnet etc. What about "start partner integration"? Who are this partners and when this integration will starts?

Have not logged in in a long long ass time Just wanted to remark TBH I have no idea WTF Jelle Pol and DUSK is up to, they sure front loaded all of their marketing pre Binance listing and right up until the ATH on DUSK then literally stopped doing video interviews and promotion videos.

Development seems to be moving forward, although nowhere near as forward as they had projected and hyped with the "house hold" sized name they would reveal. Seems like such a fucking giant scam carrot they dangled.

Every bit of news on their medium is such soft fluff at this point. And market-wise it's obvious they had some liquidity in the beginning and now they have nearly abandoned the market to its incredibly thin books.

IF DUSK actually gives a shit or reads these??? ( who know at this point) it's time for some legitimate and meaningful announcements. Sandboxes and telling us that you've reached coding milestones are just general who gives a shit nonsense that you should be doing anyways.

How the F can we stake? Incentivize us asshats. Please.

Who the f are your partners asshats? You sure had no problem setting the market up months ago for this.

What the actual f are you up to regarding STO's, are you still going with Bitfinex? Are you involved with Malta? Binance? What the actual f are you doing, every news piece on STO' doesn't mention DUSK, you attend conferences and get on panels that have nothing to do with STO' and let shit projects take the STO hype instead.

Would have loved having more concrete ETA for the 2020 goals f.e. Q2 for swap and such. But I completely understand the nuances of working with tech that has "immutability" as its second name. Slow and steady wins this race

Well they have a lottery like reward system for people staking the minimal amount (what ever that is). And then there are provisioners and i am not sure how those are chosen yet.

Did they mention anything about staking? Because till now I never heard anything about the Dusk Network staking? Dusk Network one of the best management where they are giving accurate updates on the timely manner and it will surely help us to know what is happening exactly in the background.

No, of course i don't have any insight info, just a general feeling about it. The timeline on the other hand can be anything as we know already that they like to reveal everything in the last minute.

What i am interested in is how many coins you need for staking this? Do the dusk team know it themselves? Surely they have it planned by now because we are getting closer and closer to the public mainnet release.

Agreed. They shouldn't have, but I've seen this happen with the best of intention and undue amount of pressure which you referred to - question asked a million times and some people staking the whole of their existence on having it answered and criticizing/spreading FUD about the project all because it wasn't answered. Hard to not cave in.

To the newbie above. Do attach reference links to your claims. Like the one I'm now attaching to your claim that dusk has no utility:

Agreed with you fundamentally this project looking very strong the team totally dedicated. But I would like to know how you know something big is coming soon? Is that your personal observation or you had some inside info?

To be fair, this question has been asked a million times in the telegram and they can't answer (because of the legal reasons i assume).
Imho, they shouldn't have teased about the partners at all. I am happy that i know something is coming, but rumors affect the price and when they don't get followed by anything they create fud.

Yeah. Dusk really has to be commended for not only putting the community first, but also descending from Mt. Olympus to address their concerns and misunderstanding. Most of these startups would rather focus on buidl first, humans later only to come to the painful realization down the line that there's no human around to bother with what's been built.

We need not worry about the swap because while there are many other companies which we don't see any updates from them. Dusk Network is giving updates about their progress and very soon we might see an update from them about the SWAP to native coins.
