Hi! All of our phones are unlocked from the factory. Unfortunately we can only get US or Hong Kong iPhones so you most likely won't get a local warranty. Some local branches of the manufacturer will honour imported stock though you should not rely on this. Worst case scenario you'd need to ship it to us in Hong Kong but it's not very expensive from Italy. Also if it helps we've only had two warranty issues. One was a Nexus which we replaced, the other a PS4 which a branch of Sony local to the customer (Denmark) repaired.
