This is a good strategy and to be honest, most altcoins/tokens go through the same stuff, it's the altcoins, projects that have lasting value that are the real gems in the end and I am sure EBITZ is a serious project that will gather it's momentum when it launches and rolls out all it's agenda. I will invest in the project for sure and like to have long term goals. Darker has some good suggestions too..

I also agree that bounty hunters are the mostly the first ones that dump coins once they enter in exchanges. People may say it's only 2% to 5% of the total coins but it will become big if that percentage gets dumped on the first or two days. So I guess paying with other crypto works well or maybe pay those bounties at a later date weekly based on the number of weeks the campaign ran. Cheers Ebitz! Grin
