As you can see both the partners dumped EBTC and labeled it as useless and scam (maybe they didn't use that same words but anyway here we are).
I don't even care because I never bought a single EBTC and only sold the airdropped coins, I followed the thread to see if the "devs" were able to do something concrete with this project so I could dump the small part of airdrop I kept in my wallet for a higher price.
And no, bitcoin isn't a scam as a lot of other cryptocurrencies and projects aren't scam. If you want to see how a scam coin is, just go to yobit exchange and look at all the dead coins in there, most of which launched an ICO on that shitty exchange and never moved from there.

You should indeed not invest in this scamtoken, very risky to put your money into scam.
This deal shouldn't be in closed groups of telegram. It should be openly done with shared information and conditions on what new group is taking control. Has the old foundation group receiving some incentives or they are just giving up here. Usually take overs are seen on abandoned projects and mostly are manipulated further for personal benefits.
