Seems like someone at EtherDelta is trying to control the price.
This will change as soon as other Exchanges add this coin.

I agree with you, details of the swap was spoken about here every single day for at least 2 weeks before the swap, also on Telegram, Twitter, Medium, the first thing on the Website. Heck on the day of the swap I personally posted at least twice on the ED chat about the swap to make sure people put tokens on their personal wallet.

Oh yeah, I didn't notice the extra zero in the eBTCOLD price, lol.

sad to hear that many didn't receive their new ebtc but guys if you follow instruction given by the dev there's no reason you can't get your new ebtc coin. maybe you miss the instruction that's the reason why you didn't get the new coin. mine i just keep it in mew and after a day of swap distribution i receive my new coin
