Your 20,xxx token are still on your account. The old ones are still there and the same amount in new ebTC token.
Both are named EBTC. You can check which is new by the new contract number which you can find on the official homepage of eBTC.
To help lay people here, eBTC COLD, be the old ebtc token, where this still shows in coinmarketcap, but in ED we have eBTC Cold and eBTC NEW, in this case eBTC NEW is the new REAL tokem, so if you get the new token eBTC will only delete the old one and add the new one:
