Read whole story in telegram. Contract has to be a new one at end of oct. There is a new team since satxxxx21 left working very hard to get the train fast and strong. community is very active and eBTC is on a good way now.

Tokens will be swapt at end of month 1:1 for all token holders to the new contract.

I certainly like this idea, maybe it is the future of money.
So
I want to know your answer to the argue that says a token on a platform like Ethereum could not be the best case for payment because owner always needs another thing (in this case Ether) to spend his/her asset, and this feature is in contrast with the idea of a ideal money.
What do you think?
Do you have a solution for this barrier in the road-map? or you don't think this is a obstacle?

Wow! FUD is becoming less here and replies are more worth reading. That's a good sign. We will see what future brings to us and to eBTC. I hope it will grow up. I don't like dreaming people talking about $100 or $1,000 each. But 1 to 5 seems realistic for the next 12 month. Also nobody thought BTC would grow up to $6000 some years ago.

I really hope that after fork Btc and Swap Ebtc we will see the price of a coin in the region of 1-3 $. These price swings knocked many people out of the rut.
