send to where? if etherdelta u just import account type ur address and key.. and then set gas price before u deposit to EtherDelta

"Withdraw" will move coins from your exchange wallet (what you trade with) to your personal wallet linked with EtherDelta (which pays the gas fees)

The dev has been very active on Telegram.
He has 435,000 coins and has not sold any, he had that many since the airdrop after he gave out extra to late claimers.

Fudders came out in force today,there was even a cointelegraph article claiming it was an ICO and it was investor speculation, not the free airdrop we know it was.
