You are rushing into hot trades. If you want to intercept tx when trades are hot you should use higher gas like 45 at the moment. But of course you should use 45 only if you are doing higher volume trades to avoid paying more fee than tx value is

why become mad for trade on etherdelta? just go to the beach and wait till ebtc reach not less than 100$. really easy..
eBTC is a really cool experiment in community building. It might even pave the way for how to do things in the future. I just hope it will be successful in the long term.
adding to the above on etherdelta and hot trades, ED will let you bid on a sale if it hasn't gone through, i.e it's still pending. So there could be a dozen people who are trying for the same sale and from my understanding the higher gas price will get it, the rest of us are generally let wondering what is going on.
In the past if a lot of the sale prices are similar, I've gone 5 or higher up the sales to try and get a trade, so not the first one, although even this is not guaranteed to get you there.

This has been a really rock solid performance in less than a week. I am so happy to be involved in this from the beginning, I can really see it going places - what eBTC has achieved in less than a week, I honestly expected would take 3 months. There is a long road ahead yet, wait for this to start getting adopted and used int he way satoshi21 suggested, then it will be 50 - 100X value from today based on pure utility.

Looool. Bunch of new accounts poping out from nowhere asking for tokens now they reached almost $2000 per airdrop and i bet most of them never signed up for airdrop.
Nobody will get tokens anymore. All of them are distributed already. However you can buy some. I can sell you 1000 for 10 ETH
