I keep seeing crazy trades like this! How do people make these mistakes, and what's the best way to avoid them? Etherdelta seems like a great resource but it's scary that stuff like this happens so often.

I think that mistakes like this can't be avoided on the platform like EtherDelta. Some people just doesn't think before they act.

We need a good exchange, I am sure etherdelta is just a first step, When it will go to good exchange and started selling against bitcoins then it will become worthy. By they way I I think this coin is good enough to go up. I have a request for the dev, please make its own desktop wallet.

lol, did this really happen? Maybe that's karma from cheating during the airdrop. Each person only received 2457 eBTC. That's a lot of tokens for one person to have unless they are the Developer. Someone got lucky and picked up a large amount of tokens for pennies. Good for them.

No offence to the EtherDelta people, it's a good idea and I like the idea of decentralised exchanges, but it's not very usable. People are making mistakes everywhere (setting the "ask" below the "bid" and visa versa).

If it's doing this well on EtherDelta where barely anyone uses it successfully, what's it gonna do if it gets on Bittrex, Poloniex and Bitfinex?

Unfortunately Etherdelta is a no-go for me. It just doesn't work very well. Hopefully it can mature into a great platform in future.

What do you mean by "defend" the price? You mean place buy orders at a low price so that price doesnt freefall if a bunch of people dump their coins?

My thoughts too, if this hits Bittrex it will skyrocket.

The problem for the team is that do they have the money to defend the price for some weeks when the coin get listed on the exchange, which I don't think they have because this is not ICO project, so do with what you have now
