Seeing the fix amount for each address of 2457.19916 for approximately 7700 plus addresses means people didn't get much. Although multiple registration can't be fully controlled but doesn't seem a large level multiple was happened. I think price will appear as limited supply and reasonable tokens for each participants will play important role but depend on use case where it will be used for.
This would really be somehow hard since most people would really have the influence into its price. Checking on the status it does have 8k addresses which if you try out to calculate the total it would result on 19,948,000+ which means each users would really have impact once they would dump their coins that they are holding.

That is because if decimal change. When total supply will be 21 million how can you get more than total supply. That is exact and correct figure what people are reporting of 2457 eBtc token for each. I did never use parity but from contract address decimal can be changed just like myetherwallet. If you are used with this wallet you should be comfortable to change.
