Who's buying all the cheap ECC?
Me.) Couple of things..
The mac wallet still doesn't work, same problems as a few other posters where the wallet doesn't even open. I hope when the mac 1.3 version is released, it fixes this. I know it doesn't effect everyone, but this needs to be addressed if you don't want to put off potential investors.
Other thing, not meaning to criticize, but the wallet just looks generic. Especially the image in the app, "excellent crypto coin", "effective computing coin", "you name it", etc. I've invested in doge and recently mintcoin, for which I'm transferring most of my holdings to this coin hoping for potential. Their wallet is a prime example of a professional look. It's clean and to the point. If text is to be shared, it should have a specific purpose, the coins purpose; not just to add clutter to make it looks like something is said. Sometimes words aren't necessary, and if they are used, they need to have impact. I usually just follow threads and don't post but I see this as a much needed fix if the coin is to be taken seriously.
Logically, if you're having a problem with something complaining with no relevant data is useless to finding a solution.
How about any errors that you see.
OS version
Hardware ect...
Are you testing it on one system or many? more details please

http://kryptochaos.comMacbook Air, 1.7ghz Intel Core i7, OS X 10.9.2. No errors seen. Icon bounces once and fails to do anything, or present anything on display showing reason for failure. It just fails to open, even to the initial loading screen. I tried opening directly from the application folder icon as well, and fails to load as well. System software is up-to-date.
When opening the console it shows "denied since it was quarantined by PluginProcess and created without user consent, qtn-flags was 0x00000046". Following this are numerous "attempting to SIGCONT to PID #xxx failed". I've googled and researched this and it seems the files needs to be un-quarantined from the terminal. I've tried this but to no avail, still continues showing quarantined when trying to open. Even if I can find a workaround using a command line, the question is why is it presenting this error and making this necessary in the first place?
UPDATE (Working Fix): Found another variation on a command to un-quarantine the application:
xattr -d -r com.apple.quarantine /Applications/ECCoin-Qt.app
But I am still curious as to why this is necessary. Most users wouldn't think to look for this..
