Thanks for your help, the more i read about ECC the more i like what its doing, i will donate to the dev team as i know how much work it takes. not too sure what all this BELI is though, is there a first thread for beli?

I believe you work extremely hard, Hostmaster, so I think we will have a great coin and multipool. When you speak of a dev team, who do you refer to? If there is an official list of team members, why not list them on the OP? Transparency like this helps gain trust from investors.

Is there someone charged with ECC promotion? It appears like Hostmaster does everything. I believe there would be greater interest in this coin if there were periodic, summarized updates on the coins progress both on twitter and the ECC website. Hostmaster is very active here which is great, but often all we get is a copy and paste of the coins goals. Also, the English grammar is not great (no offence is meant Hostmaster!). Positive reinforcement of the good reasons to mine at the ECC multipool will draw in more miners and investors, instead of declaring on twitter that "With that low hashrate we can't mine anything". Promotion should always be positive! The promotion just needs a little finesse!

How about the multipool donating a proportion of fees to something like http://www.avaaz.org/? This could be one of the positives. Avaaz is an online campaigning organisation. After only seven years, it has 33 million followers. Avaaz raises money for a large number of fantastic human rights and ecological campaigns. I believe that ECC should one day start it own campaigns, but for now why not concentrate on creating a great coin, innovative wallet and multipool. I could be wrong, but I seriously doubt that ECC has the time or resources to fund their own projects at the moment. Donating to Avaaz would fulfil the coins "green appeal". You could pick the particular projects that ECC donations are used for at Avaaz, and promote ECC with news about those projects and the donations made to them.

I think cleaning up the OP might help too. It's so cluttered that it is difficult to extract useful information from it. Is there a need for all those links? I doubt many people click them. Anyway, good luck with the coin. I'll be watching closely  

if you check on OP you will see last update is 1.4  we always use latest version. Dev team consist of 4 people, i am one of them.

ECC have bright future because the creative developers it has, i believe in it longterm, just focus on creating more innovation and distribution of coins than green and nature projects - many green nature coins have been created none have survived, we need different aim. Better work on distribution and new features.

We do final tests if we can complete this test we will start to mine real paying cryptos at next (includes x11 coins)
