I wanted to throw something together to show everyone I was serious about proceeding with this so… heres a very rough/sneak peak of the website…
Hostmaster…. I stole one of your banners as a place holder for now Just wanted to throw something together to get it rolling.
I will be working on the fine details over the coming weeks and I will coordinate updates and an ETA for completion as soon as I can spend a little more time working on it.

I appreciate all the positive comments so far. I will be aiming to have the majority of it complete by this weekend but you never know what type of issues can pop up haha

BTW, I especially like the slogan 'Green Future'. Just enough, suggestive and snappy. The Green of the Banners/Logo makes this an obvious choice, and I think the ECC community can use this widely.
Don't emphasize the ecological issues too much, this applies to all PoS coins. The publicity requires a delicate balance.
I agree... I am thinking we can push the project as a way to involve crypto-currencies with the real world and for a good cause rather than just profit chasing. By planting trees we are literally making a "Green Future" so I think the message can come across nicely. I wont be focusing hardly (or at all) on low electricity cost/energy savings bla bla bla.... these are things that everyone says and I believe peoples' eyes start to glaze over when you start to talk about these things without definitive proof.
instead... we will be generating life and focusing on that rather than "saving" energy.
What do you think of that approach? this is a community project so all input would be welcomed.

Hopefully I will have an updated screenshot of the "ECC for Trees" Project site this afternoon. Working on finishing the homepage right now then will progress to the additional pages.
