I think there's a minimum amount of BNB the community needs to spend based on how past votes played out and it won't be cheap.

Every 1 BNB will be counted as double, let say you have 500 BNB coin then they will count your vote as 1000.
My 2 cent say if all of us vote there no problems to get elixir into Binnace.

Wrong! For every 1 BNB they count one vote up to 500. If you have 1000 BNB they count 500 votes
