The recovery process actually was announced on our social channels. In an effort to rebrand ELIX, the Twitter post detailing recovery was more recently removed after completion of the recovery process.

We do believe we have a strong case against NovaExchange for why their engineering negligence and lack of communication stranded TME.

Yeah we have been discussing/arguing about this for the last 5 days. There was a conversion process months ago that a lot of people missed (including me). As of right now you've lost any money you invested in TME.



Seems like more people are coming forward with stuck coins in Nova. All of the swearing/name calling/threats really don't help anything. It's a combination of everyone's fault.

It's partially the coin owners fault

- For moving forward with a conversion when the coin on your main exchange is in maintenance mode
- For announcing a conversion process in a single forum post and giving everyone only a 3 week window. No Social Media post, No big website announcement, No notification for Nova to put it in their news feed
- For making the conversion announcement open ended and sounding like its going to be a potential option option vs a required process
- For making the conversion a chopping block approach vs allocating a reserve of all coins on Nova.
- *Presumably for not responding or being able to come to an agreement with nova


Sure there are reasons and excuses for why anything above was done. But arguing about that isn't going to get us anywhere. Looking at the google doc from their 3 week window conversion process, only 31 people participated.There is about $85,000 worth of coins that didn't get converted and are still stuck in TME form on NOva.

I'd like to see Dev step up and post something about it in this thread. They partially responded in the reddit AMA, but didn't really answer the quetion on if there is anything that can be done. Blaming Nova isn't an answer a lot of people are going to hear. As more and more people find out their TME stuck in nova is worthless they are going to come onto this forum and complain. That's not going to look good for any perspective buyers and will only hurt the coin. It should be in dev's best interest to step up or at least make an announcement about it.

Any estimate, how many votes it would need, based of previous voting for other coins.

I do agree. I've since posted the link in all the channels I'm in (short of reddit) but there wasn't much of a response. I did notice that the devs have to apply first via email in order to get the voting started so we're gonna need a confirmation of that happening first.

Hi dev. This message appears on novaexchange news page https://novaexchange.com/news/ but i don't think they will list free Elix token.

Great idea to channelize energy to go on other big exchanges. so any effort for that is good for the token.
@Coiner_  if you just want a bump, I am here to do constructive replies also. Its just you throw something at me, without realizing how much loss I will be in, so lets stop this back and forth on nova issue, and let dev handle it. I still hold good amount of ELIX as well, not all TME were in Nova for me. So anything good we can do for token is good for all. I never meant to hurt token by posting here. I hope this time I do not frustrate you or others.

Nova may have screwed up (though we have not heard their side of the story yet), but the TME/ELIXIR devs aren't angels either. My and several other's TME coins still lie dead in Nova, and they are partly to blame for stranded investor money. We have busy lives, we cannot really keep on scouring forums for small updates.

In my view it is the devs duty to sort out this issue with Nova and not backpedal. After all, it will in the end gain them one more exchange for their new coin.

Just a quick question. If Nova released the TME and I put it into my Ether wallet, would the token be automatically converted to Exor if I added the codes to be able to view it?

I understand that they've applied to be listed to binance. I've taken the time to do some research and its not very easy to get listed on binance.

Take a look at the link. Binance holds a monthly vote where the binance users can vote for a new coin to be listed. If the coin successfully garners the most votes through the voting time period, it is added to binance for free. The devs have already sent in a request via google form to be listed on Binance, so their interest in being listed can be assumed. I would also assume that, for them, not paying a listing fee would be a bonus as well. Finally, I'm sure the majority of individuals supporting this coin would like to see elixir be listed on Binance sooner rather than later.

This is just an opportunity to take an active role in furthering our own investment.

The devs have said they're already in contact with Binance concerning a listing. For about 3 weeks now. If you read through the AMA you'll see where it was asked.

Can we make this happen? For now, getting listed on Binance is a daunting task.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the coin with the smallest marketcap on Binance at the moment is the newly added Everex coin with a marketcap of $24 million. Elixir is sitting at $1.6 million in marketcap.
Furthermore, to be listed on Binance there is
1) a long queue of coins
2) a (not too cheap) listing fee
3) an in depth look at the coin's website, development, team, etc.
4) an agreement that the dev team won't talk about a potential listing or any developments until Binance announces information first

Point is, for a token in elixir's stage of development, there is a low possibility we are listed on binance until we break $20 million marketcap (estimating around January) and the devs can't really communicate about progress. It does help that the elixir team avoided the legal ramifications of hosting an ICO, and maybe the binance team will sympathize with a startup-like team of 2 competent developers with a good business model, but I doubt it.

So let's spread this on the telegram, discord, and other platforms. We can help the devs out and help ourselves by voting for Elixir and getting it listed for free/on an earlier timetable.

I am working with Nova to check what legal conditions they put on someone when they list a token, I will decide future steps based on that.

The keywords being "I think". You're entitled to your thoughts but if anyone's trust is in question, it's Nova's. Ask them why they're interested in fixing the issues over 4 weeks later.

The Devs did every thing plus more to help accolade the people who had tokens stuck in nova. People had a month to reach out to the devs. It's their own fault for failing to do so. Nova is the one to blame here, not the devs.

Oh it is  really bad to hear that about Nova and also I think it is really bad for the trust in the project - maybe in the future we can set something up like a Fund for those that lost the TME but I doubt we could manage to do that
