You were inattentive when studying smartcontract elix, download function, and delete balances were used when moving from Timerium on Elix. Currently they are disabled (variable balanceImportsComplete) and cannot be summoned. So stop panicking and stop sowing misinformation.

Note, in a smart contract there are no credit functions, only those that are on the screen. Loans are planned to be issued through the exchange. That is, first sell a token, then through their application, give it to another

This. This was not an ICO, those dev didn't ask for your money, so I think they have the right to not reveal themselves. They should concentrate in developing product and it will come out soon, I think.

Anyway, they said they will still reveal when MVP is done.

The reason the nature of the process in which the tokens are generated

It's in the website, you should read it completely, and then the whitepaper, nobody knows how much the max supply will be, it will depend in a lot of factors, and the generation of tokens is one of them, do your own calculations.

Genesis addresses can make 10 batches to create some EXOR then convert them to ELIX. Everything is explain in the white paper.

This is a project for lending cryptocurrency, a service that will be in great demand in 2018, there are already some players, nimfamoney, salt, regal, and now Elix, so the market will chose the one that meet their need the most, and once cryptocurrencies are mainstream, this service will be used even more, Paypal doesn't reward you for paying a loan, Elix does.
