Yea...I mean technological presence is one thing,but what about the willingness to adopt this transaction system that Emirex is advocating,how much are they doing to sensitize the people,because without a properly planned awareness /sensitization scheme,people will always be indifferent about the use of this project, willingness to adopt as a matter of fact is the other part of the coin.
