They are little delayed in something but it was cleared from the start that this project had roadmap for long termed goals. I think he believes that he could have taken his investment (by holding or trading it outside of locking it into the ico) and have made more than even a 5x here (with the automatic 2x btc value from beginning to now).
Its possible just not many actually do it successfully.

hahaha don't be such a pessimist, I'm happy to wait till Q4 for the testnet. I think looking atall the delays the realistic date for any release that would add value might be early next year, another 4 months but then if it launches on exchanges with as much as .0015BTC it wouldnt have been a bad wait i guess :-)
