you would need as escrow to be totally safe. IF not you are going to be scammed but then you will learn the lesson.

Most people want to sell their eon and email, probably because of the length of market launch. Or is there any other cause?

There are a lot of people who are waiting for their EON tokens here especially the bounty hunters.
