There will be a public test net, but they haven't announced the date. They prolonged the development phase because of recent events (BTC-E fall, numerous ICO’s scamming) and that caused some shift in the deadlines. It's better to preapare it more rather than throw some date and missed it later.

They are very careful in giving hard dates because once it is not achieved then people shows huge concern. I think this is right approach to handle development related issues just with rough idea of time without specific dates. This gives them huge flexibility to change the plans according to actual situations.

Experience shows that the more time a token is in freezing after Ico So it is then more traded on the exchange, This is not surprising because they usually go to the auction not with empty hands.

They don't actually give a date ,They only said that the launch of the platform will be on Autumn and its the "ber months" i think . I am expecting that it will be as early as September. If not i am willing to wait .

This is weekend that's why we are not hearing anything in this regard as they were not giving any update from the start at weekends. probably not the original idea but thats the idea now.
most tokens stick to their native exchange like for ERC tokens on etherdelta and wavestoken on their own dex.

exscudo has their own, and since they don't have some tokens on ICO, swaping token into their exchange can be a good idea just so there will be list.

Exscudo trying to make their own orginal platform, when this succeed it will be a great competition for the ETH and Waves platform.
It is expected it will not be traded instantly like the ECR tokens under Ether platform so we are taking big risk here but with a success
price wills surely soar and we are all rewarded.

I believe they plan to launch on exscudo exchange, then leave it to other exchanges to list at their discretion.
