i think you wrong, exscudo will success and not escudo, in my country there is a car named escudo, and this coin has nothing to do with it, sayit EXSCUDO

That is just typo mistake nothing wrong there so no need to take it as serious issue. Good to see this ICO is going successfully more than $4 million has been raised and I hope it will cross $5 million before end of this.

We could also notice that the dev is approachable and they have good quality of customer service which is also one of the subjects that gives big impact in this project. This will be running very successful in different aspects as far as i can see.

The Helpdesk team deals with technical problems of Exscudo customers. There are two ways of sending an inquiry: sending an email to [email protected] or creating an issue on http://help.exscudo.com. The help desk web page requires an additional registration with the same email address as used within Exscudo but it is not directly connected to the Exscudo accounts.

Requests are solved within 3 business days after receipt, in accordance with the SLA rules. However, the average solution time is now 24-48 hours.

“Our goal is to get the average resolution time down to 24 hours, and the time of the first response to 8 hours, when the Exchange is launched”, – comments Alex Sitnikov, CTO of Exscudo. “The automatic helpdesk allows our customers to track how their inquiries are being solved, and makes sure that we haven’t missed anything ourselves”.

Exscudo also encourages its customers to share their ideas about the project using Helpdesk. All suggestions concerning new functionality and features will be registered and reviewed by the team. If a specific feature is proposed by many users, it will be included into the project’s road map.

“We want to develop our products in collaboration with the community”, – said Andrew Zimine, CEO of Exscudo, – “We are creating services for people. US Exscudo investors beware. I sent an email to Excusdo, made a support ticket to exscudo support, and made several post here in regards to what will happen to the US Exscudo investors tokens and have yet to get any response from them. They have obviously read them but are not responding. If I get any response I will post back but as of now no response. No response is usually bad news.

We have no special procedures for US citizens. However, we do not collect, store or provide any authorities with the user data. In other words, we do not know whether a transaction came from the USA or France. For us, technically, all users are equal, and will receive their coins according to the ICO terms and conditions.

How long till the EON shows up in my account after my BTC funding is complete?

This depends on the BTC blockchain. Once the transaction is confirmed, you will see your EONs in the dashboard. Please note that in case you set a very low commission, the confirmation may take a long time.
