POTENTIAL WARNING ABOUT THIS ICOOn the official company register in Estonia:
https://www.inforegister.ee/en/14172383-EXSCUDO-OU (the address is the same and one board member is the same)
Questions:
1. Andrew Zimine CEO, founder and Alex Sitnikov CTO, do not appear to be board members on the company registration page :
https://www.inforegister.ee/en/14172383-EXSCUDO-OU only Julian Kossinov - CFO appears. He is mentioned in this document
https://exscudo.com/Crowdsale%20Prospectus.pdf as the CFO. Why aren't the CEO and CTO board members? (They claim they are the founders) This is important because any board member has access to the company funds (including Bitcoin)
2.Why is the contact email mentioned in the link above "@gmail.com" not @exscudo.com?
3.Who is Reine Laidsaar? How come he is not mentioned anywhere on exscudo.com?
In this document we have:
https://exscudo.com/Crowdsale%20Prospectus.pdf"The prototypes and alpha version of the EON Blockchain Platform and some of products of Exscudo Ecosystem have been already completed. By the date hereof, internal tests and development of the Exscudo and EON are ongoing."
4. What is the evidence of the above statement, interviews with the developers, screenshots, sample code?
5. Has the development happened before the company was incorporated? which was on the "20.12.16"
6. Can this development be done with the basic capital of 2 500 EUR?
--An email was sent to the CFO informing him of this message.

I think this is just troll.
In addition to the above I have two other points:
The copyrights are to a Russian called "Klarus" (
https://exscudo.com/ico/documents/Blockchain%20Proprietary%20IP%20Certificate.pdf), this is different from the company the one listed in the crowd sale prospectus document which is Exscudo OU (the “Exscudo OU”). What is the relation between the two? Why doesn't exscudo own the rights.
In addition why is the Exscudo slack closed?
You cannot answer all the above question with just the word: troll. Did you look at the links? Did you verify the info I have listed above? Which part of the above do you not agree with and why?
Why are you avoiding having an adult conversation about this? - I would like to invest but I check what I am getting into first. Hope Exscudo can answer these questions. How come they are not here anyway?
I will start by saying I am not affiliated with Exscudo in anyway, I have made mild preliminary investment but not much, so I do have stake in this ICO.
1) If you refer Section 2 Item 8 CUSTODY OF CROWDSALE PROCEEDS
All the crowdsale proceeds received by the Exscudo OU during the Payment Window will be under the custody of multi-signature wallet of Bitcoin respectively (three out of three signatures are required to execute any payment from such wallets). The keys to that multi-signature wallet will be controlled by board of the Exscudo OU. The board now consists of 1. Andrew Zimin - CEO, Founder; 2. Alexey Sitnikov - CTO, Founder; 3. Julian Kossinov - CFO.2) The @gmail part could further explain my point in number 3 below that it is a 3rd party not even associated with the company.
3) Reine Laidsaar? I don't know, however if you look this person appears to be connected to a handful of other organizations with Julian Kossinov so this very well could be some sort of extension of CFO.
4) I do not have the answers to this question other that what has been provided already. I would ask you this "if all of the things you mention were show to us, would it change your opinion?"
5) What difference does this make? I would argue it probably has which will be supported by my next statement.
6) Klaus may have been the company that developed this property technology, and Exscudo is the one who is licensing it. I would argue this is probably a protective measure on the part of Klaus. Although crypto is gaining in popularity it is still HIGHLY risky and falls into highly unregulated territory, this provides an easy way for Klaus to distance themselves from the project should something go south.
7) I dont have anything to add about Slack, we don't deserve access to that, that up to the company.
My last and final point I will say, these are a MASSIVE risk. You as a potential investor are taking that risk by participating in an ICO. You also have the potential for fantastic rewards. If you want everything to be laid out in front of you, to have every document available, have regulation on your side, go buy stocks and mutual funds, its a much safer investment than crypto.
