I hope this bug plays out in my favor  Roll Eyes

I was one of the first to withdraw my bounty tokens, and instead of registering under the bounty tab, the withdraw registered under the investment tab and put my balance to negative.
Although in my bounty tab it still says I have the full amount available...

are you withdrawal eon from channel app to exchange ? they have update for channel app IOS and android is coming soon.
few week ago i send my eon from exchange to channel app and wd again to exchange my.exscudo.com is work and smooth but for now i don't know.

i think he withdraw for bounty tokens, as i know the fastest answer you will get just send an email to the support and they will answer you there
and some people as i know got an error like you that their bounty withdrawals rejected because user already locked

Seems that you are not updated here and it was a past month ago when they say you can do it and verify your bounty. Anyway this time is good because all was been running completely.

I don't see it running completely, I don't know whether you have logon to the exchange but really there is nothing to it but BCH/EON. Can anyone do some screenshots and let us see whether things are different on your side? I navigate the whole hour in the exchange, it looks nothing. What is the role of EON on the exchange?

and here the pair they have in the exchange


but as you know that the pair is reverse. The usually pair we know is like EON/BTC but they make BTC/EON
so you will see it like this 64000 EON/BTC

Seems i have again a problem. when i withdraw my eon to my wallet it is getting rejected and saying user already locked? Anyone could help?
are you withdrawal eon from channel app to exchange ? they have update for channel app IOS and android is coming soon.
few week ago i send my eon from exchange to channel app and wd again to exchange my.exscudo.com is work and smooth but for now i don't know.

i have also some questions about the withdraw process , is it for everyone possible to withdraw the total amount ? , because for me it is only possible to withdraw my invested amount and not the bonus amount which was given later? , and also i did not recieve an sms message to verify?

edit : the textmessage was a mistake from my side , already recieved

Currently still on testing markets. So wish you can understand about it, Your rewards bounty supposed be in account. make sure you has been registed with same email on the past (first your registered.) If you still confused and can't found your tokens, pelase send a ticket to : [email protected]

I did withdrawal, and everything working as smooth as instantly. Are you sure way download wallet for EON in App Store? You required to completing a KYC first (tier1) then you can go withdraw your tokens, then fill the form... click a confirmation at your email to make sure you're will do WD.

I've account there but I still don't know how I can sell my EON token there? I can see my EON balance in wallet tab but I cannot see it in trading?

If you just tranfered, EON takes awhile to confirm on the blockchain. If you check you balances tab and it shows 'reserved' on the ammount you transfered then your good to go. Just need to wait for it to confirm..

And if your selling... My order is the first one you will hit so... Thank you  Wink

I've got an account there but I still don't know how I can sell my EON tokens on the exchange. I can see my EON balance in wallet tab but I cannot see it in trading? Are there no trade pairs currently active for EON? Or is the wallet undergoing maintenance? I can't see any notifications about each of these so I can only assume there's either something wrong with my account or there are simply no trade pairs right now (or perhaps trade pairs don't show if there's no volume?).
