I see EOS has a very good trading volume on bter.com , but you still should fulfill you ANN to let people know more information.
$185 million wow. this is the second highest ico ever. ico are raising crazy amount of money, more than they need! i would wait for cheap price to get in.

Pick one. Not that I care for Eth but come on, so much money only to rename a previously existing, even old project trying to compete with Eth?
It's the old herd mentality. People see money pouring in this project and they follow the money. I should gather up some friends and make a ICO myself with a fluffy whitepaper and a flashy website. I am not greedy so 1 million ICO would be enough.
It's definitely a cool idea if they can pull off the technology.

EOS is just a generalized version of previous graphene dapps called steem and bts, but for any dapps with parallel execution allowing millions of tx/sec
Value is high because people want a solution for dapps that is ready for global scale now just like steem and bts and ethereum is one of the worst projects imaginable: https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereumfraud/
It is also valued extremely high so I also agree that maybe with 1 billion tokens valuing it at 5 billion market cap right now a year from live net is absurd.
