So this is basically a token without a project that someone created and threw some buzzwords at? How is this any different than someone creating an ERC20 and claiming "this COULD be used in other projects somewhere down the line"?

It's "Self-Deflationary" because it is designed to. Its total supply is forever in decline because it has a "burn fee" of 1% of your total transfer amount (that 1% is "burned" every time a transaction happens).
It's "Fairly Distributed" because the coins would not be sold during the ICO but distribute by free air drops.
It's "Multiplatform" because it unifies digital services by providing a cryptocurrency to be used across a range of applications, rather than an ICO token built for a single application purpose.
