Please identify all team members publically - such an amount requires at least full identification from the original team. Names, addresses, facebook/email/skype as a minimum.
Also, please use a reputable trusted system for escrow, and outline this clearly in the first thread.
Just asking for money is not acceptable
If you reply with "If you disagree, don't invest" - that only further confirms my suspicions.
Either post some proof of trust - or close this thread down and go away.

There is already plenty of coins with innovative features. We do not need anymore. Some good ones are even ignored because there are so fucking many coins now.

If you don’t feel comfortable, wait till launch. We are not going to show a meaningless whitepaper (like nearly all coin devs do) neither a detailed one. What we can do is remove the planned functions from the announcement untill the coin is launched. If enough people agree the next few days we will do that. OR

Second, $30,000 is not so much considering the functions we have to implement. Experienced programmers are not cheap.
(i) $30,000: That is a lot of money. The global median wage is just $1,225 a year.
(ii) Functions: What are the specific innovative functions you are offering? A whitepaper would be handy.
(iii) We: Who is 'we'? Right now, 'we' could be some pimply kid in a basement.
(iv) Experienced programmers: Who are these programmers? Track record, experience, educational background - a resume would do.
More importantly though, is the absence of escrow. With an escrow, the level of scrutiny you will face would be so much less. As it is now, you're just asking people to send money to some stranger who claims to have a fancy new coin.
