install new wallet & re-sync.
But now
My balance now lower then before & some trans are grey

If you didn't update when everyone was told to and you continued to mine and send coins then those coins are invalid on the current correct chain.

Try starting wallet with a -rescan or backup your wallet.dat and sync from scratch with it.
As suggested. Please backup your wallet.dat
Download the latest wallet, install and place these nodes in your EarnzCoin.conf

I recommend going to the discord channel and checking there, the guides are perfect, though the dev team should update the github, I was still able to find what I needed. The github for Ubuntu 14 builds was adequate, but I needed to go the discord to find the instructions to for an Ubuntu 16 build.
