Exactly. Why exclude people who do did not have any social media account before Espers? That's completely irrational. It says nothing about the "legitimacy" of a person at all (or, if we have got this far, we really have a problem as a society

i think , even if those are meeting the rules, i mean those who posted there already... there are clearly cheater there
it's really easy to avoid any rule, just ask friend to give you their facebook or twitter....
unfortunately that happens in an uncontrolled environment!
