the ability of voicing their opinion is a large stride from disrupting a community.... actually i would contact the board moderator because i also cannot answer how to do it . so actually i am the ignorant but i also would have no issue in banning his ip and all related ips from his service provider then i would contact his isp and have them also be aware that he/she is very disrupting and have them proxy his dhcp line.......the last step i can guide you thru or do myself if deemed needed

If a coin is getting FUDed it means it is getting much attention, there will be people who failed to join the Reverse ICO and are fudding it . Fudsters are also a good part of the ecosystem it will make the thread more lively

i hate to say this but...... you might want to think about taking control and have this thread moderated.or self moderated? people at times have very little to do and by chance if they are unhappy with their own lives they try to make everyone they encounter just as unhappy as they are. if its spreading fun or making rude comments or simply unacceptable behavior whatever it may or may not be there comes a time when certain people should not be allowed to have access to what others are working at and investing in... investment could be of any type emotional social time and effort capital or what be it......
having the responsibility to safeguard our own investment and that of others is a responsibility to take whole hearted of and to do with pride and dignity

We've been busier than expected and thank you for bearing with us on the delays.
Should have roadmap completed in a couple days. We just want to make sure it's accurate with timeframes and goals.

We weren't initially planning on a second reverse-ICO but as the first one was fun for quite a few we want to run it again.
Besides, the team members reduced their share and what better way to distribute it?

Edit: honestly we thought the first one is apretty big success, 300 users on a startup in crypto for a relatively unknown project and team in the beginning wasnt that bad of a turn out.
