Wrong...so far only 2 things were revealed:

1. masternode (not supernode) has 100k ESS requirement
2. supernodes are only for presale investors (not ICO, not bounty hunters, not people buying after ICO)

i think 500k ess required to run masternode and as far as i know only a few lucky ico contributer will chosen to run masternode.

Yes, Masternodes will be available. The reward structure are as followed:

Masternodes (PoW): 25% of total block reward.

Supernodes (PoS/PBFT-like consensus) 75% of total block reward.
