The wall eating gif has to be my least favorite on the internet, let's find something that is at least funny please!  Smiley

Can't agree more! Smiley
I do like the virtual Himalayan pooper, even though it has zilch to do with ETH.

Follow us on our new account ShapeShift.com
ShapeShift.io can now officially accept smart contract payments for Ether through our system.

After weeks of brainstorming with the ethereum team, developing and, testing we have a solution that lets us take contract payments.

READ BELOW TO UNDERSTAND HOW THESE ORDERS WORK:

It is important to note that in order for us to get this to work we had to make a compromise, mainly that we can ONLY accept contract payments on conduits (new deposit addresses) that are less than 24 hours old AND contract payments will only work once (you can not re-use a conduit with multiple contract payments). This mean if you create a deposit address and try to send a contract payment after the 24 hours or you try to send two contract payments to the same conduit right after each other it will not work (although account payments will still work fine) and in that case you will need to contact support to get your Ether returned. We are working on solutions next so that we don’t have to have these limits however this will be a ways off. We will have some sort of warning about this up on the site soon but we wanted to get this up quickly and start letting users be able to send their contract payments as this is a widely requested feature.

So, to bullet point the Contract Payment Rules:

  • We can only accept contract payments on conduits (new deposit addresses) that are less than 24 hours old
  • Contract payments will only work once (you can not re-sue a conduit with multiple contract payments

Please feel free to give us a shout and let us know your feedback (especially if it doesn’t work correctly for you, please let our support know so we can debug whats going on as this feature is still very new). The Ethereum community is doing a number cool things and we love being able to assist and be a part of it!

anyone tried dwarfpool's proxy stratum, will it really increase earnings with some %?

I have used Suprnova, Coinotron and Dwarfpool.  For some reason, I get more with Dwarfpool and his proxy solution even with a higher difficulty.  5% higher than February with Coinotron.  10% higher than January with Suprnova.  It may have to do with server proximity.  I am using Dwarfpool's server from Montreal, Canada which even though it pings slower than Suprnova, it beats it.

I also tried few pools and I found coinmine pool the best for now

It has higher payment than other getwork pools. But if there is network disturbance, the proxy will send out incorrect work.
