Judging from your inescapable desire to keep going in circles we can start calling you Vitalik Buterin's DOG.

Do you know what a female dog is called?

Your trolling skill is quite low. If you wanted to insult me then you should have written the above in caps and red color. Improve the skill to at least my level and then come back.

You have an inferiority complex and a severe case of Vitalik Buterin COCK ENVY.

What makes you think so?

... Have they chased down NXT devs for their little IPO yet?

BCNext was "hunted down" many months ago. Police officer was an SEC officer, no doubt.

...
15 minutes ago I had a talk with a man (or a woman) who said he is a police officer.

Aren't they? Have they chased down NXT devs for their little IPO yet?

Dunno about Nxt devs but Ross Ulbricht, Charlie Shrem and Trendon Shavers can prove that quite often having good lawyers is not enough. Erik Voorhees made a very smart choice when decided not to challenge SEC in the court...

Oh boy...  you must be having Vitalik Buterin FUCKIN' NIGHTMARES...   Roll Eyes

No idea what you mean, say the same in other words.

Please no, his rants are contained right now, which is good.

BCNext was the only Nxt dev during IPO, he is long gone.
...

Let me answer this with a quote:

SEC is not that stupid as some people hope.

By your example, I'm guessing the SEC knows where to find Satoshi, he has a lot more posts and interactions with people.

The genesis sale has absolutely nothing to do with investing in company (ETHEREUM SWITZERLAND GMBH or its subsidiaries)

BCNext was the only Nxt dev during IPO, he is long gone.  Ethereum is very public so I would say they are definitely on SEC radar.  Regardless, I believe people are going to be disappointed with Ethereum in terms of both price and adoption.

Exactly I don't understand that much about Ethereum, but I havent researched it much.

Where can I find information about this Ethereum company in Switzerland, which controls this project?
People have invested in this company, received  what? Units / Shares? (Ether?)
31,000 BTC got invested in this company as far as I know, right?

Is Ether to be understood rather as coin or (network) token?
How much money was collected with the ether-sale?
How much ether is there in total?

Terms of sale are stated here:

https://www.ethereum.org/pdfs/TermsAndConditionsOfTheEthereumGenesisSale.pdf

and here:
