That paper has a very real sense of what blockchain technology could offer to us in terms of its use case and with its promising concept, I think its worth noting that they've chosen Ethereum as their base network to implement with and this could be a ground breaking work that could trigger similar projects in the ecosystem. I also think this only proves Ethereum's real worth and potential as a major blockchain network.

ethereum is chosen as base network, this will also impact on the eth base tokens and similar project one thing is clear that this is just a beginning
similar projects of eth is not yet good enough then eth network they have to do a lot of work on that but eth is already developed good, in future i am hoping for eth will be best
