The upgrade (constantinople) is the real one. The rest are just riding the hype and probable scam due to that fork so they went into the same month but earlier in date.

I think people are not talking about 'Constantinople' fork but it concerned rather the other two forks. One seems to be (at least) a shitcoin (Classic Vision Fork : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-etcv-ethereum-classic-vision-fork-31-of-ethereum-5089443) and the other as already been detected as a probable scam (Nowa fork --> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ethereum-nowa-scam-fake-team-5079183).

It is very obvious that he was talking about the exchanges, especially Binance because they are supporting the hardfork.
the other two forks have nothing to do with ETH itself because one of them was labeled as a scam project by the community a week ago and the other one is an airdrop(even though their source code is forked from ETH).
that was why I asked him, why he was angry with those exchanges because of the upgrade.

Constantinopole is the main protocol update, whereas nowa is more likely a scam. On the other hand, ETCV seems to me more of an aidrop than a fork. I'm hopeful that Eth will regain its old glory and fame in the crypto space.

That's confusing thing for all holders when we mix up it other stuff there is only 1 hard fork is planned from the official team. Rest of them are just like ordinary airdrop so no need to take them as serious the original hard fork which will happen on block #7080000

it does :-) of course it does, the last BTC halving was implemented summer 2016. and BTC was sitting on ~650$, a year later was sitting on ~2.500 $ it's a spike of ~280%
so, my logic drives me thinking that ETH can do a significant run in the next year, before the final POS implementation
