What model and how many graphic cards do I need to mine ETH with 200 MH/s?
Can you guys help me out?
Thanks.

With the RX 480, you can mine it with 30-32MH/s. So you need 6 cards to run at the 200MH/s speed.
And if we consider their price to be around $200 for each card total of $1200 and can earn that back mining ETH in 3 months roughly $100 bucks per week, but for how much longer we can mine it before switching to POS?

According to MinerGate(pool) calculator with 200 MH/s you can earn $100 weekly mining ETH.

You need very low electricity price to have a profitable mining as the Ethereum will go to PoS early next year.

Once it goes to POS, similar with other miners, we will move on to another profitable coin and then it will slowly die.
Are miners using graphic cards still, both AMD and Nvidia.  Ethereum is so big now I thought it was onto ASIC

No, there are no ASICs capable of mining Eth, as far as I know.  Take a look at the hash rate chart.  When Zec was launched (gpu-minable), Eth hash rate plummeted as miners switched over their rigs.

That is right, miners are mainly using AMD GPU. The algo of ETH is not ASIC friendly.

No good news and attacks, forks and focus on Bitcoin is what's happening. I think they are working very quietly during this hard time and when there's a little bit of news a new rally will start. This is the time when you buy if you really believe in Ethereum or consider the price has bottommed out.

While in terms of BTC the price has plummeted, I considered my investment in fiat money (similar to Bitcoin) because Ethereum is mostly traded and bought with fiat too. That's why the $10 support level hasn't break (perhaps only temporary for less than an hour).

It pos change with something in etherum?

The original plan was in March next year. But it might not happen or the change will be in phases.

Once it goes to POS, similar with other miners, we will move on to another profitable coin and then it will slowly die.

The Ethereum has very large hashing power attached to it. It might be difficult to find another coin.

The problem is once we go to POS, miners must switch. Some will quit, others mine other coins. No interest in ETH anymore.
