You can trade it on etherdelta now just deposit the ethd tokens there or wait for the bew exchange this coming days or week like the dev announce in the previous comments. In sending tokens it is easy when it was already available in exchange.

currently it looks like not really much are interested in the swap.
Will you keep all the other ETHD token if for example only 10% are swapped?
Because that would be a huge amount in one hand.
I know you maybe answer "the interest will come", "there will be more coins swapped" but please anyway answer my question.
