You definitely should have sold when the price was near 100k, but since you haven't the best thing you can do now is I guess to try to sell in the 20-25k region because it will be a miracle if this coin goes any higher Good that the prices are rising back. Etherdelta listed a lot of coin some hours ago but they didn't add ETHD. What will ETHD be launching on etherdelta within a couple of days?
The date for Ether Delta listing has not been set. Coin swap is still going on. Most likely it will be after the coin swap is over. UPDATE: We will be launching on etherdelta within a couple of days.

If you're new to the ETHD community, there is a coin swap currently happening. If you bought ETHD from the exchange, you have to follow the instructions and send your coins to the dev as per the instructions for a coin swap before the swap period is over.

You need to use MEW, not Metamask!!! You should always follow instructions if you don't want to lose your coins.

Why the price has gone up in the exchange when there is a swap going on?
A few days ago price was 0.02$ 
I wonder if i should buy 1000 coin but with many negative comments on this forums, i decided to do nothing 
Same here. I wasn't sure and didn't know why the price's gone up all of a sudden.

Did you follow the correct instructions? Have you checked etherscan.io on MEW?
