I am aware what he said, but if the wait time for sending in the first few hours was over 24 hours, sending them later would mean a longer que line so it will take longer, its not that hard to understand....

swap ends on 11 Nov so there is probably no rush although the quicker the swap takes place the faster the new token can be listed on exchanges.

You'll have to Add Custom Token on MyEtherWallet for it to become visible.
Name is ETHD. Take the contract address from etherscan. Standard decimal count is 18, but I'm not sure if this is the case for this coin.
