If you already got last AirDrop, just wait for the other one (the 3rd one)
If still didn't get your 2ned AirDrop, wait & you'll get it

But, this project sounds like it may be a little more geared towards Community Interaction... easy problem to solve really, airdrop to accounts more than X month old, X could be 1-3 months.
