That is the plan as far as I am aware.. this is the start but dev has stated they plan to hit at least 1 new exchange every 2 weeks or less from the list on 1st page on this thread

What kind of a jank airdrop is this? You have to PM the dev? Airdrops on Ethereum should be involuntary--dev should just send an ERC20 token to everyone meeting some min balance. Or require digital signatures if you don't want to include "all" ETH holders. Short term unannounced airdrops are kinda shady as well..
