I have absolutely no info, but I want to believe it will be released eventually... No updates were made for a very long time. It might be a good idea to get some tokens if one can get them cheap... and then come back in some 12 months or so. People behind this project probably have daily jobs and obligations. You have to live from something. This is probably something they work on when they have some free time. I hope it gets finished and released one day, but again - there is no way to know for certain.

ForkDelta link seems to work, but looks like new orders need to be placed. I haven't tested it properly yet, but it should work. Their twitter account says they are still working on it...

Etherdelta is unable to post my orders anymore. It doesn't display some trade history entries either. It was good while it lasted.

Seems like posting on Github managed to convince somebody enough to try to buy some EPAL on etherdelta... somebody else willing to buy. Good to know I was able to buy a sizable amount before competition came...

Is this project still going? I bought some tokens at the ICO and havent heard overly much, just wondering where this is in development? Nice to see it on forkdelta though

I'm not even sure that he is Japanese or even Asian, it is possible that he is Russian or from another country of the former USSR, there are very strong programmers.
