Every stage will have different requirements, keep updated.
OmiseGo is one of the most successful smart contract based startups, and they also did exactly the same to prevent price drops from users with multiple wallets.
Easy Fix do the same as the below example coin: (This will help weed out the duplicates)

Thanks for the suggestion, we will keep it in mind. However as I wrote myself earlier, next stages will have different conditions and most probably in any of the stages, you could get the tokens without having any ETH balance.

What is the ammount of airdrop / user?
