Some guys from Sonm community are worried about private keys. I think it's strange, because as I know they make a copy of Ethereum blockchain.

When do you plan reach any exchanges?
I think that this is a very premature question. To begin with, the project needs to conduct an ICO, and then think about issuing a token to the exchange. 
What means this 10% for snapshot? What is value of this multisnap?

raske, as I understood Exereum will make automatically fork. So, they don't demand any actions from your side.

How to get Exereum?
The team is actively negotiating with the exchanges. But to ensure that you get the tokens, you have to hold ETH on any wallet during all the fork time on 4 of July 2018 from 15:00 UTC, that will provided an access to a private key. After the mainnet launch everyone who fulfils this stipulation will receive Exereum in proportion 1:1 corresponding to the amount of ETH in the wallet at the moment of the fork.

so, at least we will have to install the Exereum wallet or they will me on MEW, but some action you will have to do for sure
