they did announced it in op , this was the last line about it ,:The team is actively negotiating with the exchanges. But to ensure that you get the tokens, you have to hold ETH on any wallet during all the fork period on 4 of July 2018 from 12:00 - 18:00 UTC, that will provided an access to a private key.
