Well, I think that everything can probably sold or set off to be bid at as long as it isn't illegal since they did not put any restrictions or limitations as to what people can sell in their platform. I don’t like fake items but I know some people who buy fake items and they are happy about it. Maybe if the seller should tell the customer the truth that they are selling fake items then there is no problem about it. But if they will disguise as authenthic then there will be a huge problem here. Hope that fair ninja will have some rules regarding the sellers so that the consumers will have product protection.

That's why fair ninja provide a standard smart contract for both seller and buyer, like an agreement before and after the transaction is done... This served as a guarantee and insurance that no one will be loss or be cheated...

This is an old discussion on Fair Ninja, and we can see based on this how very unlikely that scammers be able to cheat with Fair Ninja. The security policy and feature of Fair Ninja is really commendable. It eliminates the doubts and fears of both buyers and sellers and guarantees quality transaction every time.

never meet anonymous people in private place.
make sure there are crowd in your surrounding.

Most of the time people has no time for meet up and meet ups are just for the people who has the same country maybe Fair ninja can do some precautions about this matter and most of the time I believe people preffer shipping because it’s more convinient and specially to those who are in different country. If you can’t stop meet ups then meet up need the police station or in public place to prevent this.

Oh I thought it’s international so I assume that it is shipped to the customer. I suggest that meet ups should be done in public area where there are police visibility or do not transact meet ips at all to prevent crimes like this. I know that Fair Ninja will prevent this things to happend because they have standards in accrediting sellers online.

The thing is that it would be pretty hard to know where the seller is from because he might not want his address to be shown on the platfrom. This is why I think that meet ups will not be that often in the platform. I thunk that even without the meet ups the platform is still great and if the buyer reveals his location and is near the seller, I think it would be in the hands of the seller if he would want a meet up or not.

In terms of the meet up mode of a certain product it is applicable if the costumers and the sellers are in the same place or same location or same country. But in shipment it is based internationallly.

I don't think Fair Ninja can do that now. Their priority is to have a Worldwide Classified Marketplace for all Crypto users. But they are planning to make a partnership with leading shipping companies similar to DHL and FedEx which is quite reliable in terms of delivering goods. They are also hoping that these affiliate shipping partners will offer flat rate shipping fees so they can provide the service as a bonus.

Reading their whitepaper, I think their biggest advantage over the competition is that they are not trying to compete, they are partnering up. The founder of this project is the CEO of Oglasnik, one of the top classifieds marketplace based in Croatia. I just hope that even though they can't participate in ICO, they can sill use the platform once launched.

US and China are just two countries. They may somehow affect the ICO but there are still a lot who could. ICO is just the first step by the way. The moment they succeed in their ICO and everything will be set, they will now have to focus in the implementation of their project. It is good. With Fair Ninja’s brave step to a change, mentality now online market will also change.

What if the country that they are aiming to be partnered with has a disagreement with your current partnered country. Will it be a problem to the platform or not? Or this project will be neutral to both sides.

It's not countries that FairNinja will be partnering up, but rather the existing top classifieds company in each country. It's very rarely that trade, especially like this since this is second-hand items and not like major import/export activities, gets affected by diplomatic disagreements.

I think once the platform has been launched, even in countries with strict crypto currency laws, the platform would still be useful since I believe they highlighted how the transaction would go in case it will be in fiat. It would be much easier in case it is between yoshi coin users.

What was highlighted in their whitepaper is how difficult it is to make a purchase using crypto currency, and that some merchants don't actually accept them. Fair Ninja will be solving this problem since they will be a classifieds platform that accepts crypto currency payments.

I don't think Fair Ninja will be able to make partnerships with the companies that are in countries that ban crypto currencies. They will be partnering up with the companies, the companies will enjoy profit for transactions by their user in the Fair Ninja platform, transactions will be done in crypto, so, f crypto is banned there, you won't be able to participate, probably.

Of course yes! Logically speaking, they will not be able to perform their operation in the country that bans cryptocurrency. It will become difficult for them to legalize their project if the country does not allow to exist the cryptocurrency. So, assume that they will not insist it or else, it might become a black market.

Fair ninja can only be partner with the country where crypto currency is open and welcome for each nation that are opened also into digital
